1.How to complete the registration.
Click “Register” in the top right corner of the official website home page: Xstar.io. Enter your email address and password on the registration page and click “Register Now”, then the system will send a confirmation email to your email box, click the verify link in the email and complete your registration.
2.How to complete the Real name verification.
To ensure the safety of our user’s personal account and increase the limitation of withdraw, Xstar encourages users to finish the verification with their real names. Users of Mainland China are allowed to use national ID cards, users of other regions and countries ( including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and other nations) are allowed to use their passports or driving licenses.
The steps of verification:
- Login the Xstar.io and click the “Account”—“Verification”.
- Choose your region(Mainland China or other regions/countries) and click“Start Verified”.
- Input your full name and id number, then click“Next”.
- Upload the front and back side photo of your identification document (the size of these two photos should within 1MB) and click “Next”.
- Upload the photo which you hold your identification document and a piece of paper written with“Xstar” + the present date on it and click “Submit Verification”.
Please wait patiently after you submitted your verification.
- In order to protect your account and pass the verification smoothly, please use your own personal identification document (ID card, passport or driving license) and make sure your personal information is true, accurate and valid.
- Please make sure the photos that you uploaded are clear enough to identify, especially the photo that you hold your identification document and a piece of paper with“Xstar” and the present date. Because we will refuse vague photos and false information.

3.Which countries and regions does Xstar support.
Xstar now supports all countries except Iran, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and the United States of America.
4.Can I have more than one Xstar accounts?
You can have accounts as many as you want, but your real name verification can only be registered only once with one account in Xstar.io.
5.What if I didn’t receive the confirmation email of registration.
(1) Firstly, please check the email in your junk mail, the confirmation email of registration may be there. Secondly, we suggest you add “@Xstar.io” to the email safe list. If still cannot find it, please check whether there is a mail filter in your email account that marked the email sent from Xstar.io as read and have send it into a separate folder.
(2) If you still haven’t receive the email, you can try to register again.
6.How to reset the login password
You can change the login password in "Account" -- "Setting" -- “Password Setting” -- “Login Password”, or reset the login password through "Forgot Password" in the login interface.
7.How to set the Fund Password, and how is it different from the Login Password
After successfully registering the account for the first time, a window will pop up on the login page to set the Fund Password. Please do remember keep the password properly. If you forget the password, please contact the official customer service to help you deal with it.
(1)For the initial setting of the Fund Password, you can input the combination of 8-16 digits and letters (case sensitive). It is recommended to include upper and lower case letters, Numbers or special symbols when you input, and do not use the same combination as the Login password.
It is better to change your password periodically, for the purpose of increasing the security level of your account.
(2)The Fund Password is different from the Login Password. The Login Password is the password entered when the user logs in the account, while the Fund Password is the confirmation password to be entered when the account funds change.
The Fund Password is the last line of defense, and also the insurance of the asset security of your account, so please remember your Fund Password to avoid unnecessary trouble.
8.How to add Google/Mobile Verification (Authentication)
Click "Account" - "Setting" in the upper right corner of the Xstar page to enter the Account Setting page. In this page, you can see the item of "Security Setting", followed by the options of "Mobile Auth" and "Google Auth".
Select the corresponding binding project and click "Bind" on the right.
- Mobile phone authentication binding
In order to ensure the security of your account, first we need to verify your mailbox. After mail verification, enter your personal phone number, and Xstar.io will send a verification message to your phone. After verification, the Mobile authentication will be completed.
- Google Authentication
Please follow the following steps:
First, install the Google Validator on your mobile device.
For IOS users, search for "Google Authenticator" in the AppStore.
For android users, search "Google dynamic password" on the app market.
Then, go to the Security Settings and click “Bind” corresponding to "Google Auth" to bind as instructed.
Later, when you log into the Xstar account, enter the dynamic password displayed by the "Enter GA Code" for verification.
(The verification code will be updated automatically every 30 seconds)
Note: Xstar.io will not save your binding ciphertext. It is suggested that you back up the ciphertext to a safe location. If you lose the mobile device of Google validator, you will have to use this ciphertext to do rebind. If the ciphertext has also been lost, please contact the official customer service to help you solve your problem.
In addition, Xstar.io will never ask for your password, SMS, email verification code, or Google verification code.
Please pay attention to the E-mail sent by fake Xstar, and try not to click the link or attachment in the email. Please be sure to confirm the official website address of Xstar.io before you log into the Xstar account.
9.How to change the bonded phone number
To change the binding mobile phone number, first need to unbind the current binding number, click on the "Unbund", then click the "Send Code", you will receive a verification code on your phone, input the code in the poped up box to finish unbundling, now your account Mobile Authentication status will be cleared, then click on the "Bind" again, at this time, enter the new mobile phone number, to complete the phone verification.
10.What if my 2FA authentication is always invalid
A.SMS verification: this problem may occur if the SMS verification code has gone expired.
Please use your SMS verification code in a timely manner.
If the problem still exists, please contact email@example.com.
B.Google Validator: invalid authentication is caused by incorrect device clock setting.
Your clock must be set to the correct local time, date and time zone to work properly.
Android and Windows phone users can choose to correct time errors in the Authenticator Application properties.
iPhone must be set to use Internet time to make sure the clock is correct.
11.What if the phone is lost/broken, and Google verification fails to open
If your Google validator device (mobile phone) is lost or damaged by accident, it will affect the use of Google verification.
You can use the ciphertext verified by Google to re-bind the new device. If the ciphertext has been lost and the phone number has not been changed, please contact the customer service to reset Google verification as instructed.
